This the newest series that I’ve started working on and also a way effort to learn photographing wildlife. Everyone who has ever tried to photograph wild animals knows how difficult form of photography this is.  I’ve never really gotten into it, maybe in the fear that soon I will be sitting in some far away hideouts for ages. It’s one thing to capture a posing image of some animal, but it’s different ballgame when you try to get some story or feeling into it. Maybe that is my goal on this project, to get one photograph with some depth in it. But for now, this is my new and exiting game that I want to learn. This series will be always updated, incase the photo gods are merciful and I will get a better photograph of a neighbor or stumble into new one.

These photographs introduce my neighbors that I’ve managed to somehow capture with my camera. Our neighbourhood is Lake Saimaa.
